The 2nd payment of £324 will be sometime in the Autumn but no date has been offically announced yet.You will also be entitled to the winter fuel payment. Your partner will also be entitled to the £150 in September because they are claiming PIP.Full details of all payments here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment

When I received my pension credit payment it said if I was entitled to the cost of living payment I would receive this at the same time no payment has been given just there back dated pension credit....so confusing0

The cost of living payment is paid separately to your usual benefits. If you've only just received the letter regarding pension credit award then you'll need to give it a couple of weeks for the CoL payment to be paid. DWP are not responsible for paying that, the Government are. If after a couple of weeks you haven't received it then you can fill out the missing payment form, which you can find in this link. https://secure.dwp.gov.uk/report-a-missing-cost-of-living-payment/welcome
