hi @janer1967 i cook ours on a casserole lid drop of milk salt and pepper then cook, i do ours in the oven at the moment, because of the amount - you can do it in the micro wave in a parchment paper wrapper xx0

It originated from Scotland and one of there national dishes. It's very tasty I think, bit like a mince stew with the carrots and veg In. I've got 1 part baked baguette to eat it with.0
