    @Tori_Scope I bought 2 dvd one stretch and flex for wheelchair users and a wheelchair aerobics one 

    They are good use weights and ball and bands as well 

    Dont want to advertise on here but if anyone is interested will pm them where I got them

    hi @janer1967 i cook ours on a casserole lid drop of milk salt and pepper then cook, i do ours in the oven at the moment, because of the amount - you can do it in the micro wave in a parchment paper wrapper xx

    @SueHeath thanks oven will be on anyway so may as well do in oven 

    Might do it in paper and add peppers and mushrooms

    @SueHeath I cooked it in oven in cheese sauce in the end it was very nice
