Quick question regarding extra evidence for PIP Tribunal

Hi,
A quick question about evidence for a PIP Tribunal (hopefully the answer will be as quick).......
I read (could have misread) that when evidence is submitted to a Tribunal, all parties will receive a copy. I submitted extra evidence and (eventually) got a letter from HMCTS accepting the evidence (and providing a copy for me), I`m assuming DWP and my representative also received a copy.
My representative (a caseworker for Improving Lives Plymouth), has put together a letter covering the points I am appealing against; should I have received a copy of this from HMCTS after she submitted it? Or have I completely misread / misunderstood "I read (could have misread) that when evidence is submitted to a Tribunal, all parties will receive a copy."
I don`t want to "pester" her for no reason.
Thank you,
Andy

Yes everyone should receive a copy of anything that's sent.
