I haven't been on here for a while and hadn't realised that Mike had left the forum. What a shame as he really did have some insight into the process and although to the point and not mincing his words, I've no doubt that his advice helped me prep for my tribunal which I went on to win.
Luckily, I had copied one of the most comprehensive replies that he'd put on this thread and saved it with my PIP tribunal notes.1 -
I've just been notified that my post with Mike's comments have been removed by admin. A shame as they were really helpful 😕.
I guess they must've broken forum rules...0 -

I knew it would be removed and I have copied and save it. And, no, you haven't broken any rule.
Sadly, some people don't like Mike because he gives useful and valuable tools to fight injustice in the society. Unfortunately, those parading themselves to be champions of justice and equality are anything but.

I agree. Mike was a truly amazing person with outstanding advice, a real shame he is no longer part of Scope.1

He was never, to my knowledge, part of scope but was a willing and knowledgeable contributor to the forum but Scope determined that he had broken the rules and banned him.bg844 said:I agree. Mike was a truly amazing person with outstanding advice, a real shame he is no longer part of Scope.2 -
Thanks calcotti, I meant part of the community. Shame anyway

I don't think Mike has broken any rule, and if he was banned because of that, no one would be on this forum because most of us have broken one or two rules. There was no reason given for his ban.calcotti said:

Hi Karawen. Any chance you can show me Mikes comments by any way? Maybe post your notes? I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!0

Do you have any rough points, or advice, or rough bullet points on how to win an MR/Tribunal?0

Whether a decision will go in your favour will totally depend on how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities. As i have no idea how they affect you i can't tell you whether you would win. What you need to do is include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You can get expert advice from an agency near you. I did get a call from a MR manager saying he will over turn the original decision in my favour and that the letter will be available to the PIP staff on Monday. But I didn't receive a text message to say I've been awarded. Should I worry? What if he's forgotten what he agreed with me? I struggle with anxiety so I keep worrying about everything! Is it common not to receive the award text message? I've had text messages about evrrything elsepoppy123456 said:bsuleman01 said:Do you have any rough points, or advice, or rough bullet points on how to win an MR/Tribunal?Most MR decisions remain the same so it's likely you will be off to Tribunal. They may not have made the decision yet. If successful they usually send a text if you gave them a mobile number. Nothing more you can do until a decisions been made.

I see. Do you know if the award text messages come straight away, or do they come 8am the next morning?poppy123456 said:bsuleman01 said:
