Awaiting decision

There's really nothing in that, that would help your PIP claim, in my opinion. He hasn't said anything at all about your health condition and how you're affected. PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis and a diagnosis isn't usually in question anyway.

Just thought I would give an update
i rang pip this morning as I wanted to add some info, the bloke who answered the phone asked for my phone number when I gave him it he said is that the only number you have, I said yes he said we have an old number for you as well, (concerned about this I asked what number, he gave me the last 3 numbers and it’s a number that I haven’t used for 9years!) anyway he told me the decision letter was sent on Friday so should be with me soon.
I was disappointed I couldn’t add the extra info so I said I can go to tribunal now can’t I, he said yes if your not happy with the decision
i don’t think they’ve changed their mind as I never got the txt nor has any money gone into my bank
I’m tempted to ring back so they can tell me what it says as it’s stressing me but I’m trying to wait for the refusal letter0 -
Usually the letter is sent the same day the decision is made. If the MR was successful then it takes 3-5 working days for money to go into your bank, so you won't receive any money yet. Though the most likely outcome of the MR is the decision remains the same, you could still be one of those 27% to have a decision in your favour.I have no idea if they send text messages for awards at MR stage, i've not heard of this happening. You can of course ring them to ask what the decision is and they may tell you.0

So no post today so had to ring pip, was told the letter says they aren’t awarding me pip at this time and that the letter goes on to explain the reasons
Once the letter arrives I suppose I’ll do the tribunal0 -
I'm very sorry the MR didn't go in your favour @apples but it's great that you have a plan and success rates at tribunal are far higher than MR.
Do you understand the tribunal process?0 -
Sorry to hear this. Glad to hear you will be going to tribunal though.0

Thanks for the replies
@Adrian_Scope I have no idea about the tribunal process, I was going to make a new post asking for info when my letter arrived.
if you could give me any info it would be appreciated as I’m not using CAB they were useless0 -
Just a quick question, the MR decision letter was sent out last Friday the 9th and I still haven’t received it, should it take this long ? Also in case it’s gone missing can pip give me what I need over the phone to start the tribunal ?0
