Hi just joined and looking for advice for my PIP tribunal tomorrow. Basically can a face to face assessment diagnose muscle wastage? The assor said I had significantly reduced power in my left and right leg
But also said no muscle wastage. The decision maker appears to be using the assors score of 12 points for mobility to reduce it to 0 points because it says no muscle wastage

What the assessor or decision maker said makes no difference now because you are at Tribunal stage. What you should have done was put all of that behind you because it's in the past. The Tribunal will want to know exactly how your conditions affect you in your own words. I can't tell you what you'll be asked because i know nothing about your case or how your conditions affect you. If you don't understand any questions they ask then ask them to repeat it.They don't always give the decision on the day, if this happens it's nothing to worry about. They will send the decision letter to you within a few days.1

Thank you its a super complicated situation! But I am hoping it's purely about meeting the pip criteria. My dla went in my favour earlier in the year so just need to get this one behind me and get back to some normality after 3 yrs and 3 months of fighting.0
