Adult disability payment new award help

Hi guys 

Looking for some advice about premiums that should be added to my legacy benefits (CTC WTC)

Some background:

1. I have daughter that gets DLA high rate care and low rate mobility and gets a premium added to ctc award.
2. My husband claims carers allowance for my daughter and dosnt work due to caring responsibilities 
3. I don't get any other benefits due to work and income 

I got a huge surprise yesterday when I got a letter saying I'd been awarded enhanced mobility and care from Adult Disability Payment which has been backdated to my application date of 23rd June 

I called tax credits same as I did when my daughter was awarded dla last year, and they were completely unaware of what Adult Disability Payment in Scotland was. She updated the system and this morning my hmrc account shows a £58 weekly payment in the form of WTC (which I didn't receive previously due to income)

Sorry this was long,  but I have 2 questions if that's OK 

1. As my award is enhanced for both, should I get an enhanced version of the Disability premium like my daughter gets for her dla award?
2. Should whatever premium I am eligible for be backdated till the 23rd June?
