Benefits. My ESA and CoL payment are due today, but nothing. How do I get hold of them?

My ESA is due today and my £150 cost of living payment but nothing. I rang ESA to answer all the computers questions then got the engagement tone and it just cuts me off. How do I get hold of them .

Because of the bank holiday yesterday all DWP payments due today may be paid later in the day.1

The col payment is paid anytime fron 20th to end of month so not everyone will get it today0
