Hello all I'm new here 

I do have a question 

I called the pip enquires number today as I've heard you can get an automated response yelling you how muchonwy you will be getting, however it goes through several options but none I need ? I had a text today to say I've been approved pip . It's no biggy really just impatient!

    The automated payment line isn't known to be very reliable. If you want to know what your award is then you will need to ring them and ask, or you can wait for the decision letter, which you should receive in a couple of weeks.
    If it's a first time claim any money owed is usually received before the decision letter.

    You won't get a response on the automated line till you get a full decision.

    Hi thanks for reply I didn't even find an option to check anyway . I've only had a message to say I've been awarded just thought I'd try check but no idea what I'm doing anyway lol . Thankyou

    Hi I did try to call them but the lines were busy so think I'll just sit back and wait it out I'm not to good with speaking on the phone anyway unless I have to . Thankyou for all the help x
