    I don’t know about you @Teddybear12 but if we had a £1 for every form we filled in we’d be able to live off caviar and champagne. Hope everything goes well for you at the hospital. Best wishes. 
    Thank you @Sandy_123, I’ve take my anti inflammatory meds that I normally use when having a RA flare and feel much better now.

    Everything OK here things slowly getting back to normal . Toby dealing OK now just seems lost doesn't know what to do with himself 

    Time to get the winter duvet out now it's turned so cold
