Hi @lou1983
Great question. I'm not sure of the answer to be honest. Were you emailed a copy of your form once you sent it off?
You could always call the DWP in the morning to ask if viewing the form after having sent it off is possible, and if not I think it should be something that is made possible with future updates.
Out of curiosity, how did you find filling out the online form? And how are you feeling about your assessment tomorrow?0 -
No, not unless you saved a copy for yourself. The page which acknowledges that a form has been submitted currently states: ‘You will not be able to download your completed form after you leave this page.

As poppy says, there is a warning that you should download the form before submitting it as it is not possible to access it after it has been submitted. If you didn't down load it at that stage you cannot now do it. (Which is a bit daft.)
I don't know whether if you ring them they can send you a copy.0 -
@Ross_Scope
Apologies Ross all notifications were going into spam so I didn't think anyone had responded to me.
My assessment was cancelled twice, both times with very very short notice due to sickness.
I found the whole process to be awful to be honest and not disability friendly at all with no awareness of the fact that people may need reasonable adjustments which seems baffling to me. It was also obvious that my application had not been read prior to the assessment being booked as I had stated I needed a morning apt and was sent an afternoon one.
I was then told as I was changing my apt if I needed to again this would mean my application would be cancelled and I would be referred back to DWP. Which I was ok with but as they had automatically re-booked both my cancelled apts I hate to argue to get them to re-arrange this as I had already used my one chance apparently.....despite again the fact I had already told them I needed an AM apt and that it was them who had cancelled both times.
During the assessment the assessor was very much trying to put words into my mouth. I totally understand the job they have to do and why but to hear "oh your talking fine to me now so your communication and speech is fine" I thought was pretty disgusting.....especially seen as I had detailed how in afternoon and evening it is not....which is why I had needed an AM apt!!
There were also numerous times where she would dismiss what I said and said "oh so you can cook" where I then again had to list the reasons why I could not, this happened maybe 4 or 5 times.
I also found it rather baffling that she was to ask me why there was nothing I could take for my stroke and why I didn't just take asprin to make me feel better.
I'm not sure if this is the point in order to catch out those who are not being truthful, but it made me feel I have no confidence in the assessment now at all and I'm ready to appeal. She only seemed to stop repeating and making assumptions when I told her I was a manager in the disability field myself for a very large company.
Anyway rant over haha! I have about 7 weeks left to wait maybe now for my outcome. I really do feel sorry for anyone having to go through the process who isn't maybe as confident or capable as me with this scenario.
