Hello wondering if any one can help, I had my tribunal today and they said they will post the decision? Does that mean I have lost?? Also the judge questioned the dwp man because he hadn’t sent over my medical evidence, does that go in my favour? Literately so stressed 😩 will they call me before I get a letter ?

They often don’t tell the decision on the day but it doesn’t mean anything other than a decision wasn’t made at the time. You will receive the decision letter within the next week (often sooner)
They will not ring you to tell you the decision for security reasons. All the evidence should have been included in the bundle you received,
which you should have checked through before the hearing took place.0 -
@poppy123456 thank you poppy, the gp and judge did challenge the dwp worker to which he apologised0
