Hello there @ems123 and thanks for posting today, I'm sure the community members have plenty to say on their own experiences of chronic pain and how they manage living with it.
What are you finding most difficult at the moment, maybe we can help?

Pam Hello, how are you coping today?
Gosh, that sounds really difficult to live with. I had a period of a few years living with chronic pain and it was hard, perhaps more-so emotionally than physically some days. How is your mood? And have you had a GP medication review lately? I wonder if they could look at the pain medication you're taking and offer any alternatives?
Likewise, a referral to a pain management clinic by your GP would be worth exploring if it's something you haven't looked at yet. Pain clinics are there to give you coping strategies and offer a range of treatments and services. Keep us posted with how you get on. And if you ever need a vent or a listening ear, our community is about 24/7. Take care.1 -
Good morning @ems123 welcome to our fantastic group.
Sorry to hear about your relentless pain, there are a lot of us that suffer in the same way.
We do have a thread in categories, that has lots of chats about managing pain.

I've suffered with joint pain from osteoarthritis for about 30 years.
Apart from painkillers I've found that yoga and meditation can help.
Cold and hot compresses can be useful too.
Sometimes, when the pain has been very intense, say after surgery I try the following self taught technique:
Usually I lie down, close my eyes and think myself into the pain itself. It appears to be red in my mind. I try to follow it down and down and if I can hold the concentration it sometimes goes away or I sometimes fall asleep.0
