Fit notes

So I have been handed in fit notes to my employer which have stated my diagnoses including non epileptic attack disorder. But one doctor has wrote on my latest fit note: Mh issues. Rather than the diagnoses. Does this matter for the employer? Bearing in mind they have assessed me through OH previously quit my diagnoses. 

Just wondering if I should get the doctor to re do the fit note which states the diagnoses.

    Shouldn’t make any difference to your employer,
