i have a question is dupuytrens covered by the equality act ... any help would be appreciated

    Hi there and welcome to the community 

    There isn't a list of conditions that come under the equality act but it has a definition of what it covers which is 

    A physical or mental impairment that significantly affects the ability to carry out day to day activities that is likely to last 12 months or more

    I can see that janer1967 has already explained what's covered in the Equality Act.

    Do you mind me asking why you're interested in knowing about this? Are you facing discrimination at the moment?

    yes i feel i am and as such for myself and others i am looking to get this recognized
