I received a text off pip saying we have not made a decision yet,is this good or bad,I've been waiting two weeks and 5 months before that

It means exactly what it says... they've not made a decision yet. It can take between 2-12 weeks for a decision, once the report was returned to them.

Hello and welcome to the community @samq and thanks for your query, I think it's natural to feel a little uncertain about what will happen while you're waiting.
After an assessment, the decision will take anywhere between 2 and 12 weeks to be confirmed, so you may well still have a long wait, but hopefully it won't be much longer.
How did you find the assessment? Applying for PIP isn't an easy process to go through, but you've done the hard part now, and everything you need to.
I know it's hard to do, but try an put it out of your mind and focus on other things for the time being, like something you enjoy, or spending time with friends and family.
