Had a letter in my journal on the 9th August saying the can see I did not receive the first payment and I am entitled and to expect payment in September. So here we are now the 6th October and still have not received anything… I phone them this morning and said case manager would get back to me regarding this and literally said in my journal they can’t determine when or not I will receive the payment and my eligibility but I have a letter on my journal!!!Just wondering if anyone is having the same problem with being told they would receive and still haven’t.

That sounds really frustrating @Floydiee1995! Have they told you why they can't determine whether you're eligible?1

@Tori_Scope I have no idea! So I had the letter from DWP put into my journal on the 9th august!! It says that they can see I am entitled to the payment but never recieved it and will be paid it in September. Still nothing and we are in October. I called up and as sent to an advisor and it was a UC advisor! Too which they can’t do anything as its with DWP I’m so confused!Am I being silly or is there a separate number purely for DWP because I’m going round in circles and keeps being put back to UC advisors that say they have no power over it?!0

Update:
Still had no payment! Was told in my journal someone from the specialist team will be in touch! This was 2 weeks ago and still nothing or call or any message out in my journal.Very tempted and a few people have advised me to make a complaint to DWP for saying I’d receive in September and still haven’t received!Seems like lots of others are having the same issue!0 -
A journal refers to Universal Credit, which has nothing at all to do with the £150 CoL payment. This payment is made to those claiming a disability benefit such as PIP or DLA.Floydiee1995 said:Update:

That sounds really frustrating for you at the moment @Floydiee1995. Do you know, roughly, when it is due?
Wishing you the best of luck with this. Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can do anything to help

I have absolutely no idea! 😑 I was just told September and never received and still haven’t. UC have told me they will get a specialist advisor to contact me and this was beginning of October and still nothing. Although when I called up about it they did explain it could possibly come with the second COL payment. My ESA mentor rang me about something else the other day and I told her and she has advised I send an E-mail to my local MP 😊 so will try thatL_Volunteer said:That sounds really frustrating for you at the moment @Floydiee1995.
