Can anyone advise how the process now works after being passed to decision maker for review
do they just look at the dispute on payment dates that I am questioning0 -
Yes. If they don't start it from this month then you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration.Headcook said:

Is a mandatory reconsideration different to a review that is happening now
if so what is the difference please0 -
They are simialer but if you didn't specifically state you're requesting the MR then it won't be. Without doing this first you can't appeal the decision at Tribunal, if needed.

No I just stated I disagree with them not paying me this month and that I had done my 3 month wait it was the case manager that just said he would raise a referral to a decision maker
I never requested MR but that could be what they have done
I’m confused and worried now0 -
There's certainly nothing to worry about. A case manager (decision maker) will look at your claim and once a decision is made they will get back to you. If they don't change the decision then you go proceed with the MR.

thank you for all your support
I’m worried now they will take the lcwra decision away also0 -
No problem. They won't take the LCWRA decision away. You've asked them to look at the LCWRA element that you didn't receive this month and not the actual LCWRA decision itself.0

Yes yes okay
thank you
I’m so stressed
nothing ever goes right it seems
thank you for your patience0 -
Update
message left on journal saying I’ve sent no sick notes so there gaps
it now is with decision maker to relook at evidence to see if this can be changed
they are incorrect
I’ve sent all sick notes and they are on journal
I’ve also gone yesterday and got duplicates from my GP surgery and re sent them to my journal
what the hell are they playing at0 -
It sounds like things are really difficult for you at the moment @Headcook and really frustrating and stressful too.
Our patience is the very least you deserve, we are all here for you and listening to you. What, if anything, might make this feel more manageable for you at the moment?
Hopefully, it can be changed to reflect the incorrectness you have identified. Wishing you the best of luck and sending you hugs

Thank you for your kind words
what will put this right for me is for there to be the right outcome from this
I have not missed sending a sick note both to my employer and my journal
I’ve been very meticulous with this
my work coach has reached out every 2 weeks for the last 6 months I’ve not worked for 6 months and have been asked to produce these sick notes
so my question is after it is on your journal that you have attached these sick notes were exactly do they end up
this is soo an error there end
and is causing undue stress and worry at the worst time after trying to recoup from a heart attack and living with chronic heart failure
thanks for reading0 -
Latest
they are saying only 2 sick notes reported and verified
this is in correct
I have sent 5 sick notes
and have resent 5 sick notes
wait and see
we’re can I go next with this please0 -
And now they are sending me a message on journal telling me I need to send a new sick note at end of this month else I need to look for work
when I’ve been told I don’t need to send any more sick notes
Do they no what they are doing0 -
Looks like most likely outcome of this is I’ve been advised wrongly by work coach regards how to report a fit note
previous work coach has sent me a link to upload screen shot of sick note
I’m being told by case manager this is infact wrong way you need to go to home page on journal and report there so it gets authorised
I’ve questioned why this has not been picked up in 6 months of me being sick and sending sick notes to pretty much nowhere by the sounds of it
I’m fuming to be honest
and have said it will be grossly unfair of decision maker to find against me on changing dates for when lcwra is due to start
I’ve done nothing wrong
why did work coach not get this right
he’s told me he could see fit notes so why have they not been processed
i feel so let down0 -
Yes when you report a fit note you are asked to give details of the fit note. Someone will then need to accept that fit note. If they want to see the actual fit note they will ask for it.0
-
Thanks @poppy123456
i feel so let down
work coach should be giving correct information
he just sent me a link on journal for me to attach screen shot of sick note
guessing that is the end of this then and I will be waiting till the new year for lcwra Element to be paid
I have re sent sick notes so hopefully decision maker is kind to me
what a waste of 6 months
and all when you are at your most vunerable
and so unwell
no idea this was all being done wrong
can’t stop crying

Hopefully the DM will see what has happened and make an appropriate decision. If they don’t, you can appeal to the tribunal service.
Is the advice from the Work Coach recorded in your journal? Unfortunately Work Coaches appear to have insufficient training to do their jobs.0 -
There are 5 entries on my journal going back over 6 months saying things like feedback on documents or fit note complete or actually showing screen shot of fit note itself
I have noted all this and sent this over to case manager and he agrees this is most likely we’re this has gone wrong
he has said he will make DM aware of this
I’m so upset0
