Hello-
Quick question on our report is they a way to see what she/he scored us on each section.

    The report is a recommendation only. In the report there will be activities/descriptors. Next to them there will be a dot next the relevant descriptor that they think applies to you. Underneath that there will be their justifcation for choosing that descriptor.
    You can use the PIP self test and transfer the dots from the report into the self test. At the end it will add the points up for you. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/pip-test-form
