Disabled Rail Card Discount for accompanying adult

I've just applied for a Disabled Rail Card.
I will be travelling to London from the North West of England with my daughter for a long weekend. My daughter will help me with my suitcase etc and will go to the buffet carriage for me.
I will get a one third discount on my ticket. The website says that a person who travels with me can also have a discount but doesn't say how much. Does anyone know how much and do I need to book both tickets at the same time? The website is very vague.

Hi,The wording on the disabled card site is (I`ve italicised and made bold the important bit):If you have an adult companion travelling with you, they can get the discount too as long as they travel with you throughout the journey."The" implies they (your daughter in this instance) get the same discount as you, but they must travel with you at all times.Andy

Exactly as Cartini has said. I too have a Disabled Persons Railcard and I always have one other person travelling with me who gets the discount too.0
