Does a HC2 form - supplied for reasons of disability - rather than low income, mean that I get free eye tests ?
I have an eye test coming soon and wondered whether I have to pay for it....
The NHSBSA website is unclear on the matter

Free eye tests are available to those over 60 years old, so you'll qualify: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/opticians/free-nhs-eye-tests-and-optical-vouchers/The HC2 form does seem to rather apply for those who may be eligible for the NHS Low Income Scheme: https://www.your-benefits.co.uk/health/nhs-low-income-scheme/hc2-form/
