Hi everyone, I’m here to support my uncle and find out ways I can help him keep some independence, he has very little movement and I am looking for things I can put into place to help him.

You can refer him for a needs assessment from his local Authority. Though the waiting list could be several months. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/social-care-and-support-guide/help-from-social-services-and-charities/getting-a-needs-assessment/
