Hello all, I'm new here and not sure if this has been asked before, but wanted to give it a shot. I'm desperately trying to find private hydrotherapy sessions or a warm pool to continue on from NHS hydrotherapy I've had. I found hydrotherapy in a warm pool to be the only exercise I've been able to tolerate and actually enjoy as someone with multiple chronic illnesses. If anyone has any ideas or can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it so much. So far, I've emailed my local pool, council fitness programme, a couple of private physios and EDS UK for any help anyone can offer. Thanks so much!

Hi @lottiel17 Welcome to the community! Thanks for joining us.
I had a look online, and there seem to be quite a few in West Yorkshire. How far would you be able to travel?
I think you've done the right thing in getting in contact with those organisations, however, as they should be able to point you in the right direction. -
Hi @LottieL17
Finding a suitable hydrotherapy pool is a challenge! This tool from Physio2U might help your search, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists also endorses it.
Many gyms and spas have pay-as-go access to their pools. The pools are often at or around the same temperature as conventional hydrotherapy pools. This may also be a solution.Scope
