Blue Badge Parking

Please can you let me know if it’s possible to park with a blue badge where this sign is displayed, if not causing an obstruction.

    That means no parking at anytime. Some restricted zones will allow you to park between certain times. If it doesn't say that on the sign then it's no parking. I'm a BB holder and i wouldn't park where i see that sign.
