Query
my UC statement is different colours for different months
so from April 22 till October 22 payment it’s in purple
the rest going back to when claim started is blue
Has anyone else noticed this or is it just a random0 -
I've never really taken any notice but just looked at my daughters journal and some statement dates are blue and some are purple..ish. Before you click on the date it's blue, once you've clicked it the colour changes very slightly. It doesn't make any difference either way.

Mine doesn’t change colour
just didn’t no if it was linked to when I started sending sick notes from as that the month I did start sending sick notes from
maybe just coincidence then0 -
There's no relevance to it. The colour is very similar and all my daughters statement dates change colour when i click on them, including the ones from Feb to April 2021 and that was my daughters waiting period.

You are welcome @Headcook. Listening, being kind and showing understanding are the very least you deserve.
It sounds really difficult for you that you feel no one seems to be having the problem you are experiencing. Would you like to tell us more about the problem you are experiencing?
In all honesty, this is not my area of expertise. However, I am hoping that people with more knowledge and experience in this area will be able to support you further.
In the meantime, I am here and listening to you. It does sound really positive that your work coach at least sent links for you to upload.
I am also hoping for the right outcome for you. Would anything, in particular, help things feel more manageable for you at the moment?
We are all here for you and listening to you. You don't have to face this, or anything else, alone if you don't want to

Been 8 weeks since MD was sent by case manager still no response
have sent service manager a message on journal today as it’s getting unacceptable now
and I’m struggling financially
and am in need of the LCWRA element that should have been paid from October
still struggling to understand why this is even happening to me
and others
but no one on here has issues with the sick notes they have sent and they are saying they have not recieved them
must have vanished into thin air then
system is broken0 -
Update
so that worked me chasing them this morning
it’s looking like it’s been sorted and I’m being told 2 months back pay due in next couple of days
Do I now get a work allowance ?and if so when does this apply
as it’s gone back to may 26 th for LCWRA on my claim and that month I earnt my last lot of wages and lost 55p for every £1 earnt with no work allowance
so I lost a lot of that months UC payment
do they owe me any more please
thank you
just happy it is resolved0 -
Yes you do and the WA applies from when the LCWRA status applies which is from when you reported your health condition in May.Headcook said:Do I now get a work allowance ?and if so when does this apply
They should recalculate your entitlement for that month.Headcook said:it’s gone back to may 26 th for LCWRA on my claim and that month I earnt my last lot of wages and lost 55p for every £1 earnt with no work allowance
It will take them a few months to calculate the arrears.0 -
@calcotti. Thank you for prompt reply
my statement has. Updated for Oct and nov already and service centre has said the back pay is showing for both those 2 months already and he has said paid in next few days
but whole statement has not updated back to may
maybe I need to wait for this
just glad I chased them this morning
just decided 8 weeks was enough time for this as that to me is more than acceptable wait in the middle of a cost of living crisis
thank you everyone
maybe anyone reading this may want to take a chance and send a message chasing this as it’s a common issue on this amazing forum0 -
@calcotti. Thanks
it is infact correct as that period in may was before condition was reported by only a few days though sadly
must say the case manager on this occasion has been very efficient in assisting me with all this
I have messaged him my gratitude
wondering how often he gets that lol0 -
Thank you for support0

You're welcome. I'm sure your CM appreciated your acknowledgement of their help.0
