    Hello there @patch2132 thanks for your query. 

    I know that Motability may be able to offer help in the form of charitable grants: 
    Our Motability Scheme-Related Grant Programmes provide financial support to disabled people who want to join the Motability Scheme but who need help with the cost of Advance Payments and adaptations.

    It will depend on your circumstances. If you claim a means tested benefit as well as PIP then there maybe more chance. If you work then there’s less chance. You need to contact motability.
