Hi, my name is ahora98! Should I do something for backdated or not?

In a previous comment you said you usually receive your payment on 1st of each month is that correct?
If so then as advised your waiting period will be August to November. The LCWRA element starts from Nov to Dec assessment period and first payment would be 1st January.
We can only advise based on the information you give.0 -
yes, correct first of each month i recieve payment. but in the letter they sent to me, they said we backdated after 3month you gave us evidence, i sumbited my fit note, at 2 of August 2021,3month later is November2021, why the started my backdated from February 2022?0

You reported your fit note in July to August assessment period, which doesn’t count because you reported in the middle of the assessment period. It has to be 3 full assessment periods.
Your waiting period is as previously advised here.
That means they owe you 1 extra month.poppy123456 said:your waiting period will be August to November. Hey, as I get my LCWRA, my sister reported in UC to be my carer, and she full time take care of me, is she recieve any benefits for carer? thanks0

It isn't clear what you are asking. If she is claiming UC herself and has declared that she cares for you then she will receive extra extra money in her UC for looking after you (unless she is already getting lCWRA herself).ahora98 said:Hey, as I get my LCWRA, my sister reported in UC to be my carer, and she full time take care of me, is she recieve any benefits for carer? thanks0 -
thank, do you know how much they will pay montly? my sister not getting lcwra, she just on uc and full time take care of me0

Carers element will increase her maximum UC entitlement by £168.81/month. I'm assuming you're claiming a qualifying disability benefit benefit such as PIP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care?Your LCWRA award will not entitle your sister to claim carers element.0

im not on pip im just recieve Lcwra0

Then your sister will not be able to claim carers element for looking after you.
