I have various health problems including, migraine, fibromyalgia and bowels problems after surgery last year. Any advice re fibromyalgia and claiming PIP would be very welcome.

As I'm sure you're aware, PIP isn't awarded based on a diagnosis. It's based on how your conditions affect you, in line with the PIP descriptors (pipinfo.net).
Many people find it helpful to take a look through the descriptors, and think of a few real world examples to demonstrate the challenges you face in line with the relevant descriptors. Does that make sense?0
