Anyone else concerned with the budget on Thursday?

Good Afternoon

i just wondered if anybody else is concerned with the budget on Thursday

i hear the goverment are going to get there savings from the disabled 

is this taking money away or making it means tested or is this help in the community

i suffer with mobility and bipolar I’m now really worrying about what might happen I go to a support group if my benefits or support is removed I will not be able to live a normal life well as much as I can

    Hi and welcome to the community 

    What you have heard is pure speculation and media hype 

    The last I heard on news last night is that benefits will be increased in April at rate of 10% and same increase in nmw 

    Nobody knows till it is announced on Thursday 

    I would try and think 8f other things and put it out of your mind

    The SoS has confirmed there are no plans to means test PIP or DLA.

    You should ignore the media hype; they work under what is know as "sensationalistic journalism".  Or, as I call it, why let the truth get in the way of a good story.
