    Is there proof anywhere to see if your answer is correct as any previous help was for Means Tested Benefits?

    Working age benefits, which means New style ESA/JSA/contributions based ESA/JSA and all other benefits. Just the same as increases in April but next year the increase is more.

    Working age benefits will rise by 10.1%, boosting the finances of millions of the poorest people in the UK, and the Triple Lock will be protected, meaning pensioners will also get a rise in the State Pension and the Pension Credit in line with inflation.

    I have read the link but it just says"working age benefits" not "contribution based" so still holding my breath!

    Contributions based/New style benefits are both working age benefits. You certainly wouldn't claim any of those if you're State Pension age and above.

    Poppy,I am 63 and claiming ESA CB ESA in the Support Group for your information and my wife is on Basic State Pension

    Yes i remember you from your other threads. As i advised, all working age benefits/state pension and pension credit will get the 10.1% increase.
