hello so a person has been on ESA for a longer time, there have a learnings disbliity, now there moved in with someone  so course had to go on there esa

so there got lcw on the new UC with person and after 3 months told need to go for a lcw application,I thought Oka , can't really work to his disability, as working struggle or won't last long.

so I go there as I was told people on lcw go every 3 months.

but she ramble on about finding out the person and what can do,not can't,and yes he on lcw but in future might have to go for a reassessment

now gotta fill in a form on a websites calling national carers to see what can do, like a questionnaire etc and that his next appointment in 2 weeks and I feel like there do 2 weeks apparently now instead of 3 month's and push him off lcw .

I read only 20 percent with learnings disb are in work

It's slightly difficult to follow this.

If I have understood this they are now on UC. They have been found to have LCW. When were they assessed?

Does the partner have LCW or LCWRA?

Do either of them receive DLA or PIP? If so, what?
