Hi so I applied for a budget loan 2 weeks ago. Heard nothing so applied again. Now I’ve had a text to say they need more time and I’ll hear back by 19th December. Is the delay because I’ve applied twice. I’m panicking

Potentially yes but we can only guess what the reason is. However, i don't think applying again was the answer because there could be backlogs which is why it could be taking so long.

I have severe ocd and have a wierd phobia of keeping messages of any kind for more than 2 days ( extremely wierd I know) feel like I’m my fone isn’t clogged with junk my mind isn’t x0

Thinking about it more i don't think it would affect anything, they would just decline the 2nd claim.

This is what I thought but when I rang she said the system found an error which I presumed was the 2nd form. And had been passed to an actual person to review x0

This sounds really frustrating @northeast84. Hopefully, being passed to an actual person to review will be helpful.
How are you feeling about everything at the moment? I hope things are well but please don't hesitate to let us know if we can do anything to support you
