Hi,my certificate of entitlement to claim free vehicle tax is expired ; where should I suppose to go for the renewal

Hi and welcome to the community
You need to call pip helpline and ask for one
I rang last week on Mon and it arrived on Friday
However you will struggle to get through today as there has been uproar with payments due today not in people's bank -
