Will the lcwra component of UC go up at the same rate as the standard allowance?

That must be the £10 christmas bonus, which isn't payable if it's only UC you're claiming. If you're claiming any other benefits such as PIP/DLA or ESA then it can be paid anytime this month. Criteria here. https://www.gov.uk/christmas-bonus/eligibility
