Hello
I hope everyone is OK today.
We have lots of snow and ice today so not I'm not really going anywhere. I don't like walking on the ice and while I am confident driving in winter conditions I prefer to save my petrol for when the conditions are appropriate for fun/enthusiastic driving.

Afternoon all nice cane @JoOfVengerberg
Hope you get biotics @janer1967
A day of house work for me with little one.
Sons just gave me a bottle of prosecco that his work gave everyone. I don't drink and no one to gift it to, as I've already bought drink for the drinkers2 -
Thank you @Sandy_123 @durhamjaide2001 ! I'm back home now. Cane made a big difference to my energy levels, usually I need to have a hot shower or a lie down when I get home because I seize up, but I have just got in and don't feel I need to do that. I'm surprised it helped so much. Hope everyone is staying warm, it's proper chilly out there!

Good afternoon all you lovely people, hope your all well and warm, great to see you @66Mustang x
Hubby went and fetched some more bird food, while i was at hair dressers, sorry to say we've neglected our garden birds the last couple of days. Filled the feeders and the watering holes, even the water in my water butts have frozen, been a long time since that's happened. x2 -

Hello my beauties were deff ships in the night @Ada ha ha - hope your starting to feel a "little" better - i'm an advecate with herbal/vitamins Ada but i will never say do not have them instead of proper meds from the Doc's, i just look at them as a support. Put it this way i have taken Manuka Honey every day for years now - no sore throat or cough (touch wood) with the cold we're nursing - but hubby he's got the lot so i'm thinking mmmm "man flu" no i shouldn't jest i know people have different ammunities and he is a little older then me, and he did have a heart attack two years ago, it's probably me just getting on with things
.
You know your body @janer1967 but so glad you checked darling. Looking glamours ha ha - i've got rosey red cheaks if that helps ha ha - but i do feel better for it, needed a good cut and i do love having my hair washed.
Hope you managed to go to this Christmas party @durhamjaide2001 x1 -

Its very cold feet and hands effects your nose and makes your toes change colour purple, red and swollen. They don't know why and nothing they can cure there.0

@Ada it can be as a result of diabetes I have it too called peripheral neuropathy I have no feeling in my leg from knee down apart from them being cold and my hands lock up as well
I can't remember ever being this cold suppose it's because I don't dare hike up the heating but getting to stage of might have to and find the money for the high bills1
