Hi @ada might be best to wait and see how you are incase you've taken them.

Mightvbe useful to get a Dosset box to put tablets in, then you have days on them.

@Ada I get brain fog too. I bought my planner to keep track of everything, diary, meds etc. I know it can be difficult to even pick up the thing and remember to record it but I am finding it easier than expected. Someone else on google said they turn their pill bottle/packet upside down when they have taken them so they remember. Big hugs, having a poor memory sucks.

    Hi,

    I hope people are well.

I have had an awful cough today and now feel exhausted from all the coughing and my chest and stomach muscles ache.

I am going for a day out tomorrow, first outing for quite a few days so looking forward to that.

Does anyone know how the cold weather payment works? Does it have to be below 0 on every single day for a 7 day period, or is it just the average over 7 days? We have had -5 to -9 or so for the last 5 days and it's due to be around 5 degrees for the next 2 days. So averaged out it's still been freezing for a week but obviously we haven't had 7 days of freezing if that makes sense.

Hi @66Mustang hope your cough gets better soon

I'm not sure how it works the cold payments, I think it has to be 7 days. 1 has been issued in my area as its been really cold. I'm so looking faward to Sunday when it warms up.

You’ll get a payment if the average temperature in your area is recorded as, or forecast to be, zero degrees celsius or below over 7 consecutive days. A payment is activated even if the weather is forecasted to be that temperature. I've had 2 payments so far and my 2nd one is dated between 13th and 19th Decemeber and we haven't even reached that date yet.

Wow a lot to catch up on.

@66Mustang I'm sorry you have a cough. Where are you going tomorrow.
@Ada I hope you want to look after the dogs and your landlord isn't making you.
