LCWRA self employed and tax return

Hi
I'm just about to do my tax return.  I get LCWRA.  I declare any self employed earnings when I get some.  Does anyone know if I have to declare my LCWRA universal credit as income on my tax return.  No matter what I google I don't find an answer.  Thanks.
