Hi, I had a telephone assessment 2 weeks ago and a text this morning to say….
We have not yet made a decision on your PIP claim. We will write to you when we have made a decision. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change’

You don't need to contact them unless your circumstances have changed so it doesn't matter whether or not they are closed.0
