I was due to have an ESA interview today but they didn’t call. Is this normal?

I was due to have an ESA interview today but they didn’t call. Is this normal? What happens now? I couldn’t Sleep last night because I was worried about this phone call. I’ve been so anxios all morning and they don’t even bother to call, text, rearrange, warn me, nothing

    If you want to find out what happened, all you can do is ring them.

    Welcome to the community @JamieT123 :) I can imagine that'd be quite stressful! Especially if you'd worked yourself up in preparation for the call. 

    Would you feel able to call them, to check what's happened?

    You were prepared for the call, they didn't call. Not your fault, just email them to that effect.
    Wait for them to contact you, you don't have to chase them.
