Hello everyone. I have my pip tribunal on the 23rd of January. I have lost my appeal bundle paperwork. Can I get another copy and if so who do I request it from? Thank you x

You need to contact PIP who will arrange for this to be sent out to you:
0800 121 4433. Press option 6 and after you hear your next payment you will be put through to an advisor. I also advise that you phone bang on 9am and you should get straight through. This was what I was told what to do by another member.

@durhamjaide2001 thank you so much x0

I would say you'll need to contact HMCTS for them to send another bundle to you rather than ring DWP. The Tribunal has nothing to do with DWP.

Hi, thank you. I’m feeling really good. It took 15 months overall. The tribunal itself was much better than I expected, all 3 of them were kind and understanding xHannah_Scope said:2 -

Don't go on with the intention to 'say your bit'. Before the hearing the tribunal members should have reviewed the paperwork and they may have made up your minds on aspects of your claim and will have decided what they want to explore further. Listen to what the tribunal asks you and reply to their questions as fully as you can. Don't worry of you get flustered or upset - the tribunal will (usually) try and put you at your ease.gogigi said:@Emilyc90 yayyyy well done that is brilliant!!!!
i have my tribunal tomorrow... do u have any advice?0 -
Hello, thank you. Answer their questions with as much detail as you can, if you don’t hear or understand the question, ask them to repeat it and if it gets to much or you need a break just let them know. Good luck and I hope you get the decision you deserve xgogigi said:@Emilyc90 yayyyy well done that is brilliant!!!!
