mandatory reconsideration

Hi just wondering what i can use as evidence for mandatory reconsideration. I got found fit for work i tried to get pip and failed for hypermobility and anemia.  I put the same on my wca but when i had a phone call i spoke about my autism because i assumed i could get it for that yet i did not mention that on my form i filled in. So do i not mention my autism on MR my advisor at jobcentre told me to appeal he booked a appointment to help me with MR could i get someone who no's me to write a letter or would that be useless

    When you filled out the form you should have told them about all of your health conditions, not just some of them. As long as you did mention the Autism during the assessment and they are now aware of it then yes you can mention this in the MR.

    You'll need to state why you think you should have been found to have either LCW or LCWRA.     You can ask anyone to write a letter of support for you but the best person to explain your health conditions and how they affect you is yourself.

    When you say advisor at the job centre may i ask what you mean by that? Do you mean your work coach? If so then they are not really the best person to ask for help with this process.     Hi i did mention my autism before i reported it in my journal so i can carry on with that thankyou. And i do mean work coach he did tell me to contact cab would it do any good to contact them

    i also have security follow me and ive told the wca assessor that if they continue following me i will end up losing it because of my autism and attack them and they still want me to go to jobcentre is that not classed as substantial risk its like they want to lock me up
