Hi, I've been waiting 27 weeks now for my pip review decision, I've had 3 sms saying they have it. My anxiety is that bad I carnt bring my self to ring them. Is this normal for it to take so long ?

Yes it's perfectly normal at the moment. There's huge backlogs for review decisions in a lot of areas. We have members here that are still waiting a year after returning the form.

Your existing award will continue until a decision is made. If an assessment is needed you'll be contacted.
