Hello to you all, can anyone give me some advice on my partner have a sister she learning disabilities also she lives in a residential home my partner and his sister are legal guardians she has coming to a large amount of money. please advise me where she had to go and make a will

There's some links here about making a will. https://www.gov.uk/Do she currently claim any means tested benefits? If so and she's under state pension age and has savings or more than £16,000 then she'll need to report the changes to which ever benefits she's claiming.
