Hi DWP, you sent me a letter some 10 days ago saying i was awarded 25.00 and it would be paid in 3 days, I am disabled and receive PIP high amount of which i guess this is why you sent me this letter.
But at the moment i have received nothing ? can you you tell me if there is a problem. many thanks and kind regards B

This is the cold weather payment and has nothing to do with your PIP claim. As you're entitled to it then you must be claiming one of the qualifying benefits such as Income Related ESA, JSA, Income Support etc etc.Usually money is paid into your bank before you receive the letter. You will need to ring the department of the other benefit you're claiming and not PIP.
