Just wanted to say thanks- I received a letter today that esa are going to continue to pay me the same- I submitted my permitted work form and they replied : everything went through smoothly.. thanks for the advise- I’m currently looking for a second job to make up the 16 hours.. my first letter didn’t get to them- Royal Mail strikes but they sent me a letter when I had been paid- they didn’t sanction me but I suppose I had proof of sending documents off… but all is well now : I’m enjoying working it’s not to straining and it’s a light mop and hoover. Perfect for rehabilitation….

When doing permitted work you must make sure that it’s less than 16 hours per week and your earnings are no more than £152/week after dedications. If you work 16 hours or more per week then your ESA will stop.0

That sounds positive @Lostsoul13
The right kind of work can definitely be good for our mental and physical health! 0
