Pip renewal. Could i put like nothing has changed

Hello i have been sent a renewal form from pip as my condition hasnt changed is there a way to fill out the form without having to list everything could i put like nothing has changed in my condition and could i used old medical letters as i havnt had any new reports thank u

You can put nothing has changed but you still need to explain in full detail how your conditions affect you because you should treat all claims as a new claim.

If using extra sheets of paper make sure you include your name and NI number on everything. Evidence should be sent with the form. You can ask for extra time to return it and they'll give you and extra couple of weeks. You need to make sure you send it with plently of time for them to receive it.
