Hi I had my PIP assessment by telephone, can ask for a copy of what written by the assessor.

You can ring PIP to request the assessment report. However, this isn't always a good idea and has been known to cause a lot more needless anxiety. So if you already suffer with anxiety it may not be the best idea. Even if the report is positive it still comes with anxiety.

Not knowing causes more anxiety (just from personal experience), knowing gives certainty, then you can decide what to do next, if don't get awarded, then Mandatory Reconsideration, then Appeal if still not awarded.2
