This is an important message please do not ignore it. Hello. This is the UC Risk Review Team. We need to conduct a review of the information on your Universal Credit claim. We will contact you by phone tomorrow 27/01/2022 at 10:00.
The call may appear on your phone as a withheld or 0800 number.
I will aim to call you at the time stated but please note the call may be made to you within a two hour time period between 09:00 and 11:00. Please ensure your contact details are up to date on your account.
If we are unable to speak to you your claim will be suspended which may result in your claim being closed and any overpayment being recovered from you.
On this call we may ask you to provide additional evidence to confirm your entitlement to Universal Credit. You may need to provide any further documentation according to your circumstances. We will explain what documents you will need to provide on the call. If you are working at the time the call is scheduled for, please tell us via your Journal when we can call you.
Anybody can explain 4 to me because I worry

Question answered on this thread here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/99513/uc-risk-review-team#latestThe answer was as follows...The Risk Review team is a team that is reviewing claims to check that the information a UC award has been based on is correct. Normal checking was suspended during 2020 and 2021 and they are particularly carrying out checks on claims started in that period (checks that would normally have been done at the start of the claim). You will just have to respond to what they say. As they say, you may be asked to provide evidence to support aspects of your claim (such as a tenancy agreement if applicable).

Hello @will2023 and a warm welcome to our online community, I wondered how the call had gone and if Poppy's response had put your mind at ease before it?
Also, just to advise - I've changed the title of your thread to reflect your question and moved it to our Universal Credit (UC) category to make it more visible.
I hope the call went as well as it could. Take care.0 -
