Why is it taking so long to get the LCWRA ball rolling

Hi guys. 

I'm getting really stressed out and finding things very tricky at the moment. I was signed off last July (had a mental breakdown) ended up having assessments etc and now have great support from my mental health nurse and local team. Anyways I have been sending in fitnotes since July, up until then I've always worked and been a single mum of two. I have finally been assessed for LCWRA this year in Jan. Is it me or has it taken ages? I'm unable to get any advances etc as my earnings from last year were deemed sufficient (under a grand a month) I'm rambling on anyway I just wonder will be even be awarded how long will I have to wait and will it be backdated. Sorry for the essay money is so tight and I'm not in the best of places mentally. (Better than I was though!) Thanks xx
